Challenge Organizer
The Challenge Organizer keeps live challenges on track from launch to results. You'll coordinate challenge timelines, keep participants and judges informed, resolve scheduling and eligibility questions as they come up, and make sure judging wraps up cleanly using InnoBee's scoring tools. You are the calm, organised presence that makes a challenge feel well-run.
What we're looking for
- Strong project coordination skills — comfortable juggling several live timelines at once
- Clear, friendly communicator who can write to participants, judges, and challenge creators alike
- Detail-oriented enough to catch scheduling conflicts or eligibility issues before they become problems
- Comfortable learning a platform's tools quickly (challenge dashboards, judging panels, notifications)
