1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which this Policy refers to collectively as "cookies."

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for the Platform to function — for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your theme preference, and protecting against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be switched off, since the Platform will not work correctly without them.

2.2 Functional

Remember your preferences (for example, dismissed onboarding tips) to improve your experience. You can disable these; some convenience features may not work as well as a result.

2.3 Analytics

Help us understand how the Platform is used — which pages are visited, which features are popular, and where users encounter errors — so we can improve it. Used in aggregate; you can opt out without affecting your ability to use the Platform.

2.4 Marketing

Used only if you have opted in, to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns. InnoBee does not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across other websites, and does not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Third-Party Cookies

A small number of cookies are set by service providers we use to operate the Platform — for example, Stripe (for secure payment processing) and Supabase (for authentication session management). These providers' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences control available in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies through your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through this control, since they are required for the Platform to operate.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, will likely prevent you from signing in or using core Platform features.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. We will post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date.
