1. Our Commitment

InnoBee connects innovators, judges, and organizations across the globe. We are committed to a Platform free from discrimination and harassment, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

This Policy applies to every interaction on InnoBee — challenge creation, submissions, judging, sponsorship, mentorship, and general community interaction — regardless of which role you are acting in for a given challenge.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following is prohibited on InnoBee:

• Excluding, rejecting, or scoring a participant's submission based on a protected characteristic rather than the challenge's stated criteria
• Harassment, slurs, or derogatory comments directed at a user's protected characteristics, in challenge content, judging comments, messages, or a public profile
• Challenge eligibility criteria that unlawfully discriminate based on a protected characteristic (legitimate, disclosed eligibility criteria — such as "open to students" or "open to residents of X region" for a regional program — are not themselves discriminatory)
• Retaliation against a user for reporting discrimination or harassment in good faith

3. Fairness in Judging

Judges must evaluate submissions against the challenge's published criteria only. Where a challenge uses blind or anonymized judging (identifying information withheld from judges), attempting to circumvent that anonymization is itself a violation of this Policy and our Terms of Service.

4. Reporting a Violation

Report a suspected violation using the "Report" action on the relevant profile, challenge, or submission, or by emailing conduct@innobee.buzz with as much detail as you can provide. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and reporters are protected from retaliation under Section 2.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, loss of judging privileges, suspension, or termination, depending on severity and history, consistent with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
