Recap: InnoBee Queen AI Masterclass

Our first Queen AI Masterclass walked participants through the full arc of using Queen to launch a challenge — starting from a one-line idea, through a Queen-drafted brief, to a published challenge ready for participants. The most common question from attendees was how much of a Queen-drafted brief is meant to be used as-is versus edited — our answer, consistent with how we've built the product, is that Queen output is always a starting draft for the creator to review, not a final document to publish untouched.

We also covered how Queen can help participants strengthen a submission before the deadline, and where our Intellectual Integrity Policy requires disclosure of AI assistance — an area attendees had genuine, thoughtful questions about, which is feeding directly into how we document that policy going forward.

We're taking what we learned from this session into how we structure the next one, including a more hands-on segment where attendees draft a real challenge brief live rather than watching a demo.
