InnoBee is Live: Building the World's First P2P Innovation Platform
Today we are launching InnoBee — a platform where anyone can create, join, and win innovation challenges. Here's the story of why we built it.

Every big organization says it wants breakthrough ideas. Almost none of them have a reliable way to find them. The usual playbook — hire a consultancy, run an internal hackathon, post a suggestion box nobody checks — has been the same for decades, and it consistently fails to reach the people who could actually solve the problem.
InnoBee exists because we think that's backwards. The best solution to a hard problem might come from an engineer three time zones away, a student who has never worked in your industry, or a small team that would never make it through a normal vendor process. Peer-to-peer innovation means the challenge goes to the internet, not to a shortlist.
What launches today
Starting today, anyone can create a challenge — with a prize pool, a deadline, and clear judging criteria — and anyone can enter. Creators get tools to manage submissions, invite judges, and track engagement. Participants get a public portfolio that follows them from challenge to challenge, so a strong track record actually means something.
